1. How can I order products?
To order products, simply select the desired items on our website, add them to your cart, and then follow the instructions to complete your order. You can use credit cards or other available payment methods to pay.

2. What payment methods are available?
We accept credit card payments and cash on delivery.

3. Do you deliver products outside Croatia?
We currently only deliver within Croatia. We plan to expand delivery internationally in the future.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed and processed, you cannot change or cancel it. Please check your order carefully before completing it.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided.

6. What is the delivery timeframe?
Once your order is confirmed, expected delivery is within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. The exact delivery date will be indicated in your tracking email.

7. What if the product doesn't fit me or I want to make a return?
If you would like to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unopened and undamaged. To return, you will need to fill out the return form which can be found here .
The return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is damaged or not the one you ordered. Once we receive the product, we will refund the funds to your account within 7 days.
