Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you have the right to a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund conditions
For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

unused and unworn,

in original condition, with undamaged labels,

packed in original packaging,

with an attached invoice or proof of purchase.
How to make a refund?

Download the return form from our website (link below).

Fill out the form and attach it to the item you are returning.

Send the package to the address provided on the form.
The cost of return is borne by the buyer, except in the case where the wrong or damaged item was delivered.
Damage or incorrect delivery
If you notice that the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Item replacements
We do not offer direct exchanges of items. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and then place a new order via the webshop.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If the order was paid for on delivery, we will refund the funds via bank transfer - in this case, please provide your payment details on the form.

Legal right to return (EU)
In accordance with applicable regulations, European Union customers have the right to return products within 14 days, without giving any reason, under the conditions stated above.
