Shipping and delivery

We deliver all orders from the Moé webshop in the Republic of Croatia in cooperation with our logistics partner Pick&Pack .
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days from the moment the package is sent.*

For islands and Dubrovnik, delivery time may be longer.

The customer can choose a delivery service from the options offered during the order process. The delivery price is displayed in the shopping cart and depends on the selected service and delivery location.

*The stated delivery time is calculated from the moment the package is handed over to the delivery service. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, national and local holidays. For more remote or island areas, the delivery time may be extended.

During periods of increased traffic, such as seasonal sales, holiday campaigns or promotions, there may be a short delay in delivery, of which customers will be notified in a timely manner.

Moé currently offers delivery only within Croatia .
